I have spent my career in West St. Louis County — Ballwin, Chesterfield, Wildwood and the towns around them. Before I was an agent full time, I ran operations for a local luxury team, which means I learned the back end of this business before I ever sat across a kitchen table from a client.
That background shows up in the details: contracts that hold together, timelines that do not slip, and a negotiation strategy that is planned rather than improvised. I carry the CLHA, SRES and CREN designations because the standard I hold myself to is higher than the minimum.
