Lisa Nicholson, REALTOR with Blue Monarch Real Estate Group in Chesterfield, Missouri
The short version

Fourteen years of doing this properly

I am a West St. Louis County REALTOR specialising in Ballwin, Chesterfield, Wildwood and the communities around them. Blue Monarch Real Estate Group is mine, and it operates under Nettwork Global.

Before I was an agent full time, I was Director of Operations for a local luxury team. I ran the transactions, the marketing and the systems — which means I learned how this business actually works from the inside before I ever sat across a kitchen table from a client.

That is an unusual route in. It shows up in the parts of a sale nobody advertises: contracts that hold together, deadlines that do not slip, and problems that get caught two weeks before they would have become a crisis.

I hold the CLHA, SRES and CREN designations, and I am a REALTOR®, which holds me to a code of ethics beyond what the licence requires. None of that is decoration.

The letters after my name

What they actually mean for you

Designations are easy to list and harder to explain. Here is what each one changes about the way I work.

REALTOR®

Not every licensed agent is a REALTOR®. It means membership of the National Association of REALTORS® and a binding Code of Ethics that goes well beyond Missouri licence law — including a duty to put your interests ahead of my own. It is a higher standard, and it is enforceable.

CLHA — Certified Luxury Home Agent

Luxury is a different market, not just a bigger number. Smaller buyer pool, longer timelines, and marketing that has to reach people who are not scrolling property portals. It also means discretion when a seller does not want the whole neighbourhood involved.

SRES — Seniors Real Estate Specialist

Training in the moves that come with retirement, downsizing, health changes and loss. Slower pace, family often involved, and real financial questions around timing. The person whose home it is stays the person being listened to.

CREN — Certified Real Estate Negotiations

Most of what you gain or lose in a transaction happens in negotiation — not just on price, but on repairs, credits, closing dates and possession. Certified training means strategy decided in advance rather than improvised under pressure.

How I work

Three things clients can count on

You can reach me

The single thing clients mention most is that I return calls and answer messages. It should not be remarkable. It is.

You get the truth

Including when it costs me the sale. If a house is wrong for you or your price is unrealistic, I will say so.

You set the pace

Nobody gets rushed into the largest financial decision of their life. Change your mind as often as you need to.

Rated 5 out of 5

Lisa found us the perfect home.

It was a very challenging purchase because the tenants would not move out. She was patient and did a lot of handholding when we were living in a trailer in a driveway for six months. When we were discouraged, she picked us up and helped us keep our eyes on the prize. We are in our new home now and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you Lisa. You are our agent for life.
